The Protocol for the Pathways to Work Evidence Clearinghouse Methods and Standards describes:
- How we identify eligible studies
- How we assess a study’s strength of evidence
- How we assess a program’s evidence of effectiveness

The purpose of the protocol is to ensure consistency in review procedures and findings; help researchers and others understand how studies and programs will be reviewed; and transparently document Pathways to Work’s methods and standards.
